19TH CENTURY LANCASHIRE & YORKSHIRE RLY 12″ ROUND HEAD SINGLE FUSEE WALL CLOCK, face written “BR (NE) 15782”. Original ghost script “AGAR & SONS L.Y.R. BURY”, front plate scratched “15782”, pendulum bob stamped “1755”, possibly L&Y number. Records show this clock was used in the parcels office at Brighouse from 1948.
