1/12th Scale Model of the original Stothert & Pitt, 4 column vertical beam engine, built in 1866 at Newark Works, Bath. Exhibited at Paris International Exhibition 1867 at a working pressure of 100 psi. This engine is preserved and displayed at Bath University, Claverton Down Campus. A superb model built 2015, castines by Cotsworld Heritage Ltd and is a superb example of fine miniature engineering. Fully working, can be run of both steam or compressed air.
